If I could give 10 stars, I would! After calling countless companies across Oregon and being told “no,” I finally found Jason Hamlin Construction. Jason promptly returned my call, explained everything clearly, and was one of the few qualified professionals in the state for manufactured home tear-downs and setups. He gave a fair quote, found us a cheaper transporter without being asked, and stayed flexible and responsive through a two-month process of financing and permits. He always communicated updates and made sure we understood pricing and possible scenarios. When our gravel pad turned out uneven, he was patient, understanding, and even waived the extra charge. Jason and his crew were professional, kind, and reliable from start to finish. His honesty, communication, and care made a stressful project smooth and successful.
